La actriz de Titanic siempre ha compartido su desdén por las dietas y afirma que no se ha pesado en una década. Pero nos preguntamos cómo logró perder peso después de su embarazo, considerando que ella nunca ha estado en dietas. Fue simple, Kate realizó una nueva terapia llamada la Dieta de análisis facial, creada por Elizabeth Gibaund, una nutricionista famosa. La teoría de la dieta es que el cuerpo necesita 12 minerales para funcionar y varias marcas en la cara pueden significar malestares o deficiencias. Kate tuvo que pasar por una desintoxicación, seguido de una dieta especial de 2 semanas dependiendo del mineral que le faltaba. Obviamente funcionó, ya que ella luce mejor que nunca.
