Every fitness buff who takes their health and fitness seriously knows the fitness couple, Melissa Hall and Tony Little. They have been together for ages, and they have a common ground of fitness that makes their relationship stronger.
However, they are so different in terms of their personalities. While Tony is the shy guy, Melissa is loud and has a friendly rivalry that keeps their relationship fun and interesting. When Melissa is training for a magazine cover, Tony also starts to amp up his fitness levels to keep her on her toes.
When she gave birth to their twin sons, Cody and Chase, Tony ensured Melissa worked harder at their garage gym to gain back the muscle strength and come back stronger and fitter than ever. This amazing couple always has each other’s back, and we cannot be happier for them!
