Pauline Collins and John Alderton – Together Since 1969

The fans of British dramedy Upstairs, Downstairs, will surely recognize Pauline Collins due to her performance in the show. She perfectly captured the essence of the character Sarah Moffat, delivering a breakout performance in the long-running TV series. Later on, she appeared as a lead actress in the movie Shirley Valentine. She has been awarded a BAFTA and two nominations in the prestigious Golden Globe and Academy Award.

Her husband John Anderton used to be her co-star in Upstairs, Downstairs. They tied the knot in 1969, and It’s been 50 years since they started the new chapter of their lives. They stayed by each other for a long fifty years now.
