Former Floetry singer and English artist Marsha Ambrosius was once an avid basketball player before she turned to singing. Unfortunately Marsha turned out to be slightly overweight, resulting in frequent loss of stamina on the field. To keep herself fit, Marsha turned to a strict diet and gave up on fried foods, soda, white rice and other harmful stuff. She also began to play more basketball to keep her stamina up.
