Soon, she was looking to shed the baby weight and found herself following the 1,200 Calorie diet plan by Carrie Wiatt. Fergie lost almost 20 lbs in a few months, and to keep her fitness in check continues to eat a 1,600 calorie diet daily, followed by exercises.
