Christina Aguilera had a problem maintaining her ideal weight and has gone from too thin to too heavy. After having her second child, she weighed as much as 200 pounds. She lost the unwanted weight by combining cardio and weight lifting for an hour, and a half a day for five times a week and also due to a strict low-carb diet. She was able to lose 47 pounds in just two months.
