Susan Ferguson, better known as Fergie or the front-woman of the Black-Eyed Peas, piled on quite the weight during her pregnancy. Soon, she was looking to shed the baby weight and found herself following the 1,200 Calorie diet plan by Carrie Wiatt. Fergie lost almost 20 lbs in a few months, and to keep her fitness in check continues to eat a 1,600 calorie diet daily, followed by exercises. All we hope is that she can continue to be drug-free because no one wants a revisit to a drug rehab center or alcohol center do they?
