Sam Smith: Rigorous Diet

British singer Sam Smith was always bullied for his weight, but the super-singer changed his relationship with food. He didn’t diet, but chose celebrity nutritionist Amelia Freer to help him with his eating, and successfully dropped 14lbs in just two weeks. He cut out gluten, refined sugar and dairy from his diet and instead munched on herb-flavored ice cubes. He also took up light exercising and yoga whenever there was extra time on hand.
