Timothy Spall: Light Exercise & Diet
As strange as it would be to spot a slim Timothy Spall, best known for playing “Wormtail” in the “Harry Potter” series, the English actor decided to shed his weight back in 2014 and is looking dapper these days. While he hasn’t disclosed his method of weight loss, his fight with Leukemia led him to live a healthier lifestyle. He headed to an alcohol rehab some years back and has since been a teetotaler. He says it’s just a strict diet and exercise that allowed him to achieve his new look.
