Pellegrini ha dirigido a clubes reconocidos como el Manchester City, West Ham United o el Real Betis de España. La vida de la pareja ha consistido en idas y venidas de Sudamérica a Europa y de Europa a Sudamérica. Un matrimonio que ha viajado por el mundo entero como si fueran errantes gitanos.
Pero Carmen Gloria sabía a que se metía al casarse con el profesional de calidad que es Pellegrini. Imposible que no sea pedido en todos lados. El matrimonio tiene 3 hijos, Juan, Nicolás y Manuel. Son una pareja estable y feliz.
