Javier Aguirresarobe, nacido el 10 de octubre de 1948, es un consumado director de fotografía que se ha desempeñado como asistente de cámara, productor ejecutivo, fotógrafo y operador de cámara.
El fotógrafo es español. Luchó e hizo concesiones en su camino a Hollywood, pero al final, su arduo trabajo valió la pena cuando fue honrada con un Premio de la Academia por su actuación en la película The Sea Within. Su principal pasión en la industria del cine siempre ha sido la fotografía.
Así pasó gran parte de su juventud perfeccionando sus habilidades. Hoy en día, es ampliamente considerado como uno de los mejores jugadores en el escenario mundial.
