JO DEE MESSINA – NACIÓ EN 1970
Con su sencillo debut, “Heads Carolina, Tails California”, Jo Dee Messina comenzó una carrera fructífera y se convirtió en la primera cantante country en ganar varias posiciones número uno por las canciones del mismo álbum. Habiendo sido nominada para varios premios, fue el alcoholismo lo que le hizo tomar un descanso en su carrera. Messina logró regresar a la música después de desintoxicarse, pero tristemente, aunque las cosas en su vida personal estaban bien, ella fue diagnosticada con cáncer. Esperamos que su seguro de salud pueda cubrir el costo de los tratamientos y que regrese pronto.
