Manuel Bandera es muy conocido en España por sus actuaciones actorales y de baile. En España goza de un particular grado de renombre. Se hizo bastante conocido después de su participación en la película de 1989 “Las Cosas del Quiero”, en la que tuvo un papel secundario y ganó una atención considerable.
Alcanzó la fama como un actor español que tuvo tanto éxito en el escenario como en la pantalla. Su vida profesional abarcó ambas formas. Había trabajado con el director español Pedro Almodóvar, considerado en gran medida el mejor de la historia del país.
Se inició en el teatro de Málaga, donde nació y creció. Después de eso, decidió trabajar en programas de televisión, donde finalmente encontró el mayor éxito.
