Le mur du fond
La peur et le désespoir avaient eu raison de Cindy. Elle était pétrifiée à l’idée de tout perdre à cause de son acte héroïque, que ce soit sa vie, sa passion ou son rêve. Mais son sort n’était pas scellé. Il lui restait une option.
En effet, elle a décidé de reprendre confiance en elle et de lutter jusqu’à la fin. Elle va donc tenter le tout pour le tout. La serveuse se faufila vers le fond de la salle. Elle s’est placée à côté du mur et a attendu que le patron tyrannique l’attrape et lui afflige sa phrase. Elle s’accrochait à l’infime possibilité que le chef passe son chemin sans la débusquer.
Elle entendit les pas du chef se rapprocher peu à peu. Par réflexe, elle se mit à reculer vers le mur. Quand elle a fini par s’appuyer contre ce dernier, l’impensable est arrivé.
