An Arctic Siesta
With eyes closed in pure contentment, a polar bear rests its head and torso on a block of ice, hind legs casually propped on the snow. The bear’s fur has a yellow tint, likely from oils or environmental staining. Found in the icy regions of Canada, Alaska, Greenland, Russia, and Norway, polar bears are well-adapted to their cold habitats.
