Gerade in den USA, wo Jugendliche bereits mit 16 Jahren einen Motorbootführerschein erwerben dürfen, sorgen sich Eltern sowohl um ihre Kinder als auch um das Boot selbst. Doch die Abenteuerlust der Jugend ist schwer zu bremsen. Sobald der Führerschein bestanden ist, beginnt der große Spaß auf dem Wasser.
