Finanzielle Verhältnisse
Im Gegenteil, Johnny konnte den Drillingen die nötige finanzielle Sicherheit geben. Er hatte eine solidere Arbeit als Cynthia. Als es um Kindergeld und teilweises Sorgerecht ging, lehnte er das Konzept ab, Cynthia Kindergeld zahlen zu müssen. Er kämpfte bereits um Naomis Unterhalt und verlangte, dass Cynthia ihm nicht nur die Drillinge zurückgab, sondern ihm auch Unterhalt zahlte! Wir wissen jedoch, dass das Gericht gegen Johnnys Antrag entschieden hat.
Cynthia wurde das Sorgerecht für Naomi zugesprochen, und das Gericht sagte Johnny, wenn Cynthia nicht genug Geld habe, müsse er möglicherweise Naomis Kosten zahlen. Cynthias Anwalt hingegen wies sie darauf hin, dass die Wahrscheinlichkeit groß sei, dass sie das Sorgerecht für ihre Drillinge nicht erhalte. Wie auch immer, wir können sehen, dass keines ihrer Leben einfach war.
