Matt has not had a good season in 2018 playing for the Ottawa Senators. He has been on the verge of being traded, but he’s had no luck since there aren’t any players who are ready for a trade as of yet. He couldn’t perform well and the reason behind that, according to him, is that the team’s management hasn’t been treating him fairly. However, that’s pretty much all that’s wrong with his life right now, and everything else is A-okay. He’s making $6 million dollars a year at the age of 27, so he really won’t have any trouble when it comes to his finances. On an even brighter not, he got married to his longtime girlfriend, now wife, Ashley! The two were together for nearly a decade before tying the knot. They’re really having the time of their lives, and we hope this couple sticks and has a great life together!
