Here’s Why Even Celebrities Are Trying the Viral Coca-Cola Hair Rinse
Thomas Isn’t Buying the Hype
Despite the hype, Thomas, a hairstylist from the South of Johannesburg in South Africa, isn’t here for the Coca-Cola hair rinse craze. In an interview with “The Briefly News,” he calls it out as a total myth, saying there’s zero science backing the hack. According to him, Coke might be great for a weekend BBQ, but it’s no miracle worker for anyone’s mane.
He warns that the sugary residue can do more harm than good, leaving hair sticky and begging for a proper wash. While TikTokers might disagree, Thomas keeps it real because sometimes, the simplest advice is the best: stick to actual hair products, not your soda stash.
