Chris and Gwyneth showed the world how a civil divorce between adults should be. Throughout the process, there was no name calling or insulting, and the entire process took two years to complete because they weren’t exactly in a hurry to end their marriage – just being separated was more than enough for them. They were also extremely fair when it came to money matters, and divided everything in half. They also agreed to the shared custody of their children – which is something that many couples spend years fighting over. Everyone, including the divorce attorney, won during this divorce process, and we’re pretty sure that both of them are still on good terms.
