Daisy se enteró por los servicios de animales que en breve llevarían al perro a un refugio. Cuando Daisy descubrió que el refugio de animales mataría a cualquier perro que hubiera estado allí durante más de cinco días sin ser adoptado, se quedó desconcertada.
Parecía que solo había pasado un período muy pequeño. Daisy cortó al representante de los servicios de animales cuando este último se negó a ofrecer información sobre la ubicación del perro. Ella estaría sola para idear una solución al problema que necesitaba ser resuelto.
