Chevy Chase – Kokain- und Alkoholsucht
Chevy Chase wurde durch seine Auftritte in National Lampoon, Saturday Night Live und Eine ganz krumme Tour bekannt. Auch wenn er nie für sein gutes Aussehen bekannt war, hatte er trotzdem einen markanten Look. Allerdings wurde seine Karriere definitiv von seiner Abhängigkeit nach rezeptpflichtigen Medikamenten und Kokain negativ beeinflusst nach seiner Scheidung in den späten 70ern. Er ließ sich 1986 in eine Entzugsklinik einweisen, um ein neues Kapitel in seinem Leben einzuschlagen. Doch 2010 wurde bekannt, dass er wieder Probleme hat, dieses Mal mit Alkohol und einen erneuten Entzug durchmachen muss. All das scheint einen Einfluss darauf gehabt zu haben, wie Chevy gealtert ist. Er hat sich noch nicht zur Ruhe gesetzt und widmet sich weiterhin seiner ehrenamtlichen Arbeit.
