Além disso, Gusttavo (ou Nivaldo, seu nome de batismo) é empresário, produtor, instrumentista e compositor. Não é de se estranhar, então, que o cantor tenha seu próprio avião e diversos carros em uma casa que é a cara da riqueza. Dotada com uma piscina e uma jacuzzi – as quais Gusttavo diz ter usado apenas uma vez –, a mansão possui uma fachada muito bem desenhada, com uma imensa porta de vidro, e uma área de lazer forrada por madeira, grama e uma decoração de muito bom gosto.
