O modelo, 1971, era a paixão de Guy desde a infância. Quando encontrou esse carro, no entanto, Guy não era famoso e tampouco tinha o dinheiro para adquirí-lo — o carro custava US$25 mil (R$100 mil).
Ele até pensou em hipotecar a casa, mas obviamente sua esposa, Lori, o impediu. Assim, ele mexeu em suas economias, onde tinha US$12 mil guardados para questões de emergência.
