Star de la télévision, Oprah Winfrey a eu un grand succès dans sa carrière. Actuellement, elle possède sa propre chaine qui est l’Oprah Winfrey Network. Oprah est aussi la cofondatrice d’autres chaines comme la chaine Oxygène. A part cela, elle est également la directrice de la société Harpo.
Vu qu’elle n’a eu que des succès tout au long de sa vie professionnelle, elle avait donc la possibilité de s’offrir la maison de ses rêves. En effet, sa demeure luxueuse est estimée à 8,28 millions de dollars. En 2007, cette immense maison a été construite sur une surface de 7303 pieds carrés. Sa résidence se trouve sur l’ile d’Orcas. Vue de l’extérieur, elle possède 3 étages ainsi qu’un toit de cuivre et d’ardoise. A l’intérieur, la maison est dotée de nombreux planchers qui sont en bois. De plus, il y a plein d’ouvrages métalliques faits à la main.
