Before her foray into acting, the captivating Gloria Hendry adorned the Playboy Club as a bunny in the heart of New York in 1965. Her on-screen debut unfolded in the 1968 film “For the Love of Ivy,” igniting her cinematic journey that would encompass numerous unforgettable roles.
This remarkable actress, celebrated for her contributions to ’70s cinema, etched her name into James Bond history with her appearance in the 1973 installment, “Live and Let Die.” As the novice CIA field agent Rosie Carver stationed in San Monique, Hendry’s charm radiated in a vibrant, multi-colored swimsuit in one of the film’s standout scenes.
