SHANE FILAN : MAUVAIS INVESTISSEMENTS
Après avoir chanté pour devenir riche, on pourrait penser que Shane Filan se méfie de tout ce qui menace son nouveau style de vie et sa nouvelle valeur nette. Étonnamment, l’ancien leader du groupe Westlife avait d’autres projets. Tout ce dont il avait besoin, c’était d’un investissement immobilier pourri. Il était revenu au point de départ. Et comme les impôts ne faisaient qu’aggraver un problème déjà sérieux, l’époque tumultueuse ne s’est pas arrêtée là. Heureusement, avec les fruits de son travail acharné (bien qu’il soit seul), Filan a réussi à réduire sa dette en deux ans et Shane a de la chance d’avoir pu s’en tirer sans avoir à déclarer faillite. S’il était tombé si bas, il n’aurait peut-être jamais eu la chance de se relever, ce qui aurait été assez dévastateur.
