LaDainian Tomlinson – $3.5 Million Mansion in Poway, California
As we all know, athletes have enough in their bank accounts to splurge for luxury. In LaDainian Tomlinson’s (Chargers and New York Jets player) case, he splurged on a real estate property that covers approximately 10,000 square feet. Located in Poway, the property has a Mediterranean style mansion with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Its massive living room has a hidden home theatre system with a seating area that could fit eight people and its own snack bar in case anyone wants to munch on something while watching a movie. A pool, a basketball court, and a spa adorn the exterior and surrounding property. Now, that’s what you call luxury. However, Tomlinson sold the property in 2014 for $3.5 million.
