Spiderman star Tobey Maguire is no stranger to superhero fanatics. The innocent face of and heroic acts of the character Peter Parker made Tobey a household name to the Spiderman fans.

He has laid his hands on two prestigious Saturn Awards including nominations to Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Awards. He has his own production company and in 2015 he co-produced the thriller film Pawn Sacrifice, which became critically successful one.

But little did we know that he is a sharp-witted investor, too. The actor performed a background check through a real estate agent before he coughed up some $3.3 million to buy this luxurious West Hollywood mansion. As per news reports, the mansion has four bathrooms and three bedrooms. To maintain his fitness, Spidey probably performs a couple of laps every day in the swimming pool which comes with the property.
