The German actress played the famous role of ‘Helen’ in Troy and there were more that fetched her worldwide acclaim, like National Treasure, Inglorious Basterds, Unknown and more. Hers is an eco-conscious boutique building in downtown New York City. The apartment built was $2.4 million, but further upgrades took another amount of her savings and in total cost her $4.2 million.

The house is all of 1,943 square feet of space, which is inclusive of two bedrooms, three baths, a powder room, a laundry room, walk-in closet, a small mud room, and an office. The wide windows give the space natural lighting and the exposed brick work offers a rustic charm.
