Reese Witherspoon – Est. $20 Million, Los Angeles

Reese Witherspoon bought her Pacific Palisades home for $12 million, but right now it is worth $20 million – a great investment without a doubt. The vibe is traditional yet exuberant, which is something we can all associate with this charming actress.

The recipient of multiple awards, Reese stays one of the highest-paid actresses of all time, even at 44. Apart from acting, Witherspoon’s earnings come from her production company Hello Sunshine. She looks drop-dead gorgeous and an upscale home as hers is something that suits her in every way.

The property is around 10,000 square feet. There is a fully-equipped gym and fitness center, separate section for guests, and a very charming outdoor living area. The home security system is great and includes security persons at the gate. Much needed for a celebrity of her status, though we hear sometimes that the neighbors keep complaining!
