Kendall Jenner – Est. $8.55 Million, Los Angeles

Kendall Jenner is one of the highest-paid models right now and she has every right to spend some of that hard-earned money. The media personality is the daughter of the famous Caitlyn Jenner and Kris Jenner. She started modeling at 14 and after 10 years, she’s now a beautiful celebrity who rose to popularity after Keeping up with the Kardashians happened.

Late last year, she bought a palatial house that once belonged to Charlie Sheen. It is over 6,000 square feet and has an outdoor fountain. Arches, marble stone fireplaces, rough brown surfaces add to the character of the place.

Kendall Jenner has reportedly sold many of her real estate for a good price. Her first house was a $1.39 million property for which she got a mortgage of $910,000. She definitely knows where to invest. But we only hope she knows how to retain the same and not become bankrupt anytime soon!
