George and Amal Clooney – Est. $28 Million, Sonning, UK
Celebrated couple George and Amal Clooney have decided to bring up their twins in a beautiful English manor in the village of Sonning, an island on the Thames. Apart from being a celebrated actor, Clooney is also a businessman dealing in tequila and his wife Amal is a lawyer by profession. Though the couple bought the house for much less, the extensive renovations cost them about $28 million.
The manor is immense and houses a terrace, a private movie theater, a fitness center, a spa, a wine cellar, and a library. There is a separate cottage for the guests within the property premises.
The home style is very English and we are swooning over the sprawling manor style architecture. The 17th-century mansion has lots of privacy as it is covered on all sides by trees. Even though it is a quaint British countryside, we are sure they have alarm systems to fend away unwanted visitors.
