Ed Sheeran – Est. $12.5 Million, London

British singer Ed Sheeran, who topped the charts last year with his single Shape of You, has bought London house for $12.5 million. It is indeed ironic to think that this singer was homeless for two and a half years before he became famous.

He even slept in the underground and in front of Buckingham Palace. Today, not only does he have multiple houses, recently he bought two entire rows of houses. Hope his real estate investments pay off!

The 29-year-old has been a complete entertainer and throughout the course of his career that has encompassed ten years and a half, Sheeran has able to amass a net worth of £200 million. On the personal front, he walked down the aisle with Cherry Seaborn in the year 2019. The two look good together and we want to see them together till the end of time.
