Julia Roberts – Est. $6.4 Million, Los Angeles

Julia Roberts established herself as one of the greatest actresses in Hollywood right since the 1980s and 1990s. The film Pretty Woman where she starred opposite Richard Gere had alone grossed more than $464 million!

She and her husband Danny Moder, bought their big house in 2003 for $6.4 million. However, they rebuilt the entire house and made it eco-friendly by adding solar panels. The property is spread across one acre of land and was a vacation property of a sugar plantation manager. Steps from the house lead to a secluded part of the beach.

Private enough to avoid the paparazzi! In late 2016, Roberts had the home placed on the market for $500K shy of $20 million. The oceanfront estate in Hawaii sits on two acres, with the main house boasting 3,800 square feet in area and featuring a beach right in front of the home. Dreamy!
