Georges Marciano – Est. $25 Million, Los Angeles

The man behind the famous brand Guess, Georges Marciano had everything. The designer, investor and businessperson had left the company in the 1990s.

He started initiating strong legal action to re-acquire rights for using his name while commercializing new products. The company even till a couple of years back amassed close to $574 million in profit! But that too is considered not optimum as compared to its heydays.

Georges has no dearth of riches. His famous Beverly Hills mansion, ten Ferraris, and a $16 million diamond that he bought for his daughter Chloe are real proofs of what a philanthropist cum entrepreneur can earn and spend. The 1927 palatial home was known for its exquisite architecture and its huge driveway that could fit ten cars. However, after Georges’ divorce in 2004, things went downhill for him and he was left bankrupt. The house is now up for sale for $25 million.
