Josh Duhamel – Est. $2.65 Million, Los Angeles

Josh Duhamel is in love with the concept of indoor-outdoor living and that is exactly what he got in his urban bachelor pad bought early this year.

The 3,300 square feet property has plenty of outdoor areas for entertaining like a place for a barbeque and a firepit. His dining room extends to an outdoor area. Every home should be a place where you can come back after a hectic day and feel completely relaxed, and looking at the pictures, we think Josh got exactly this vibe when he walked into the house the first time.

There is a pool in the backyard, too. The heating and cooling might give him huge electricity bills with all that outdoor area though. And house cleaning might also be a pain! But not if your bank balance is as good as Josh Duhamel’s!
