Kate Winslet — Est. $517, 310, Cornwall

The four-bedroom Cornwall house that Kate Winslet used to own in a quaint village was up for sale in 2016. The star of Titanic, The Holiday, The Reader, and Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind, Kate Winslet has been able to make a strong foothold in the industry with one brilliant performance after another.

She has also been able to enjoy a fat bank account because of her illustrious career. Winslet has a number of properties both in the UK and the USA.

However, the Cornwall house will always be special for her since she bought it right after the grand success of the movie Titanic. Designed by Barry Briscoe with Japanese inspiration in mind, the house (which is named The Pole House because it stands on poles!) has had several owners since Kate, and we’re sure each owner who has stepped into this gorgeous abode had a whale of a time here.
