Loni Anderson – $2.4 Million, Sherman Oaks, California

Loni Anderson shot to fame with the role Jennifer Marlowe in WKRP in Cincinnati, the sitcom on CBS. She was with the show between 1978 and 1982, which got her nominations for two Emmys and three Golden Globes.

However, Loni hit the headlines recently, not for her work, but for putting her Sherman Oaks home up for sale. The property spans over an area of 4630 square feet and has a selling price of $2.435 million.

The construction of this hillside nest dates back to 2007. Besides that, it also has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a living room that has a fireplace in it, a family cum media room, and a center-island kitchen as well. With a lot of money that Anderson has piled up in her entire career, she probably didn’t have to face any issue while choosing a home insurance policy for the property.
