Williams and Chad Hugo had formed the famous R&B and hip-hop production duo in 1994- The Neptunes, that produced a number of singles for plenty of recording artists. The American singer, rapper, songwriter and an entrepreneur has won 13 Grammys, besides being nominated for Academy Awards twice.
Pharrell’s penthouse spreads over 10,000 square feet of area in Miami and has 30-foot ceilings, 360 degrees of panoramic view, five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a home theater, a billiards room for gaming, an office, an Italian-inspired kitchen, and a private gym for fitness freaks.
The property is fully equipped with state of the art accessories and modern furniture. The house has a jacuzzi, pool cabana bath, and sauna, a covered outdoor kitchen along with an indoor kitchen design done well and a bar too. There are seven parking spaces in total for the car army of Pharrell. Phew!
