Melissa McCarthy and Ben Falcone — Together Since 2005

When Melissa McCarthy bagged the role of Sookie St. James in Gilmore Girls, her skyrocketed to worldwide fame which, in turn, meant she started receiving more and more projects in Hollywood to showcase her talent. Aside from this show, McCarthy can also credit her other roles for the kind of success that she enjoys now, that being Dena in Samantha Who? and Molly Flynn in Mike & Molly. 

But McCarthy is capable of more than just comedic roles as she had also tried her hand in a dramatic role that resulted to an Academy Award nomination, that being Lee Israel in Can You Ever Forgive Me? Her husband of 15 years, Ben Falcone, is also part of the Hollywood scene, and he’s famous for films like Cheaper by the Dozen 2, Identity Thief, and Bad Words. He has also worked with his lovely wife in a few movies, and while people always say to never work in the same place as your partner, Melissa and Ben have proved that it can be done with positive results.

Their mutual love and passion for comedy brought them together, and in 1998, they first laid eyes on each other in a comedy writing class in Los Angeles. In 2005, the duo eventually walked down the aisle, happy to be man and wife to spend the rest of their lives together. They make each other laugh whether they’re at home or in front of the camera and respect each other immensely. We can all learn a thing or two from this amazing couple!
