The father of singer and Hannah Montana star, Miley Cyrus, is a legend in his own right and has been enjoying a career that has spanned across three decades. He tied the knot with Leticia Finley on the 28^th of December, 1993, and it was a kind of secret wedding.

Billy’s recording company had advised him against this marriage, but he chose to follow his heart and eventually brought Finley into his life permanently. They have been together for the last 26 years. The couple has three children together and has done everything possible for them. They have been really supportive of their kids, and that truly deserves appreciation.
