La estrella pop adolescente, Britney Spears, ha tenido sus altibajos. Su enredado divorcio le precedió a una crisis mental que nos permitió ver el peor momento de su vida. La cantante aumentó mucho de peso debido a malos hábitos alimenticios y a su malestar mental, pero luego decidió regresar a su vida con la ayuda de una dieta apropiada y ejercicios de pérdida de peso. Britney no ha sido tímida al hablar de su viaje; la cantante dejó la comida rápida y comenzó una rehabilitación del alcohol en su hogar. Ahora ella come saludable pero no se priva y ella va al gimnasio dos o tres veces a la semana lo que le sirve como un seguro en contra de sus problemas de peso.
