Santiago Segura es un cineasta y actor de nacionalidad española que creó la saga de “Torrente”. A su vez, es presentador de televisión, guionista y actor de doblaje. Se casó hace varios años con su compañera de vida, María Amaro, con quien ha pasado el tiempo inventando aventuras y formando una hermosa familia que consta de dos hijas llamadas Calma y Sirena. No les gusta tener tan poca privacidad, por lo que intentan mantener a sus niñas al margen de las cámaras, así como de pasar días de completa normalidad todos juntos.
