Beginning a music career at the age of eight is practically unthinkable, but then American rock and roll singer and songwriter Ricky Nelson actually accomplished that. From then on, he kept delivering hits, including ‘Poor Little Fool’, ‘Teen Idols’ and more. Despite marrying Kris Harmon with whom he had four children- twin sons, Matthew and Eric (they have a band named ‘Nelson’), the youngest Sam and Tracy Nelson, who’s an established actress; the divorce occurred and that too after 14 long years! He then got into a relationship with Helen Blair in 1980 and they continued their love affair till the plane crash in December 1985, which brought about their untimely end. Wonder if he had provided his investments to his children before bidding farewell!
