Aunque esta acción no parecía tener repercusiones desfavorables, el perro se estaba preparando para ellas. Instantáneamente, respondió, y de la nada, la criatura animada saltó del asiento trasero al regazo de Daisy, a través de la ventana abierta y al césped fuera del vehículo.
Antes de la desaparición del labrador, Daisy no podía darse cuenta completamente de lo que estaba pasando.
