Su nombre completo es Natividad Abascal Romero-Toro. Viene de un linaje aristocrático. Su abuelo ostenta el título pontificio de V marqués de Romero-Toro. Es una célebre personalidad del mundo de la alta costura a nivel internacional, fue musa de Valentino y modelo de Óscar de la Renta y de las marcas de alta joyería Bulgari y Cartier en Estados Unidos. Estaba representada por la agencia de modelos más prestigiosa, Élite. Era una modelo con rasgos típicos españoles, exótica para los rasgos estadounidenses. Vivió varias experiencias en ese país como posar desnuda para Playboy y actuar en la película Bananas con el director Woody Allen. Es muy querida en España.
