Debutó con 16 años, en 1967, en la película de cine El paseíllo y su última producción fue la película de cine Dolorosa Gioia en el año 2019. María puede darnos una sorpresa pues aún está en condiciones de aparecer en una nueva producción, seguramente en alguna de las pantallas, en el cine o televisión.
