Es una célebre personalidad del mundo de la alta costura a nivel internacional, fue musa de Valentino y modelo de Óscar de la Renta y de las marcas de alta joyería Bulgari y Cartier en Estados Unidos. Estaba representada por la agencia de modelos más prestigiosa, Élite. Era una modelo con rasgos típicos españoles, exótica para los rasgos estadounidenses.
