Minerva Piquero es la mujer que conquistó la meteorología en España en los años 90 pues fue la presentadora del clima en Antena 3 Noticias. Lo hizo durante 14 años y así, fue una de las caras más conocidas de España. Actualmente es directora de Comunicación y Relaciones Públicas del grupo de agencias de la multinacional Dentsu Aegis junto con la televisión. Cofundó una propia agencia de comunicaciones. También se lanzó al mundo de la escritura y publicó su primera novela, Nacida Libre. Hoy tiene 55 años y sigue casada con Mario Andrade con quien tuvo a su hija, Gabriela.
